Behind the scenes - 7th November 2009
Hola!
Well I haven't disappeared. I've been working behind the scenes converting the website so I could use wordpress to update. Updating manually was too time consuming. Halfway through though my grandfather passed away and I really didn't feel like doing anything. We were really close and though we lived hours away from each other we would speak on the phone almost everyday. To be honest I'm still not used to it and I'll always miss him but it's time to get up and start moving forward. =)
I'm going to keep working on my wordpress site after I hand in my next university assignment. I do have some graphics to add but since I'll be changing to wordpress soon I'll leave them for now and add them to my wordpress site later. I'll also be making layouts for my fanlistings soon and I'm going to start blogging too. Not neccesarily about my life but recently I've come across so many thing (funny or inspirational etc.) that I thought I'd love to share with you guys and wouldn't a blog be a great way to do so? When everything's up and running I'm hoping to get the site active with visitors again how it used to be.
I want to say thanks to my friends and affiliates for continuing to visit even when this site was pretty dormant, just to see how I was doing. You guys are truly awesome.

Lost Inspiration - 18th June 2009
Hey guys,
I got back from India months ago but I didn't update because I sort of lost my inspiration =S. The other day though I suddenly decided to go check out A-U.com again...I remembered how fun it used to be and decided to enter some contests. I sort of do feel like making graphics again. In May I renewed my domain name for another couple of years so I wasn't planning on giving up anyway =).
So this updates just to say that I shall be revamping this site in the upcoming weeks. I may be putting up a new layout (not sure 'cos I really like this one) and I'll be removing some of my older graphics and sorting things into better categories. I'm also thinking of recoding everything in to xhtml.
Updates:
- I've added a search tool to the side bar. It's not really necessary but I added it anyway. I dunno, I might remove it later.
- Sponsored links have been added to the bottom of each page. I don't have a paid job but I still need to pay to keep a domain name. So clicking on them once in a while will be doing me a huge favour *coughhintcough* =P
Oh and as for India...It was truly awesome. I had a great time. I didn't get to go many places as we were busy with my sisters wedding but it was still great. This is the second time I've been there. Before this I went twelve years ago in 1996. It's changed alot since then but in a way it's still the same. I hope to go again someday =).
That all for now but updates are hopefully coming in the near future.

About time - 3rd December 2008
Yes finally I am updating again. I've been so so so busy these last few months I've hardly had any time for my site. It's amazing how a few years ago when I started this website I never even dreamed that I would end up with so many responsibilities. Also something happened in May when I last updated that really dampened my spirits but that's all in the past now. I have made a few (unfortunately just a few) graphics through the months and i'll add those today. It's also about time I put up a new layout. The one I have now was made in 2007 even though I started using it in 2008. I don't want a whole year to go by without making a new one. That's unheard of for me lol. Even though the layout I have now is one of my favourites ever I think it's time for a change. The new layout will probably the Twililght themed. I read Breaking Dawn in August and it was absolutely awesome. The movie was also good considering they had to squash alot of the book into two hours.
I want to thank my affiliates for sticking by me and understanding that I was too busy to update and not kicking me off their affiliate lists. You guys rock and your understanding motivates me to update. *hugs*
Okay here is the small update:
- One texture
- Three LotR banners
- One PotC banner
- One Star Wars banner
- Five DMG signatures
- Five avatars and
- One brush set
That's all for now. Two things I still need to add in future updates is a favicon and a custom error page. The new layout isn't up yet either I'll add it later today. Also I'm going to be leaving for India tomorrow for a month so I thought I'd wish all of you in advance. I hope you all have a very merry christmas and a happy new year. (clicky!) It's also going to be Eid soon so for those who celebrate: Eid Mubarak!

PS. There's been a change of plan for the layout. I just stumbled upon an old cbox link of mine (long story) which I had lost when my site got deleted and found that Myra had made me a beautiful header. Myra I'm so sorry I hadn't read those messages before! The header is absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much for making it for me I'm really touched. I'm definitely going to use it.

All uploaded - 13th May 2008
I've finally finished re-writing and uploading all my pages *dances* i've also changed the thumbnails for my blends..theyre now 50x75px instead of 100x100px which were way too big. I've just got to create a custom 404 page and maybe a favicon but that's not uregent at the moment. For now I need to concentrate on my 2,000 word assignment for uni which is due in this Friday =s. Apart from that:
I have two new blends.
They're quite small and were actually made as forum sigs but I though they'd fit better in the blends section rather than banners.
And as promised ...a few pics from my holiday in tunisia:
There aren't many and some of them aren't clear..but I hope you like them =)

Yay I'm back - 23rd March 2008
Well I'm in the process of re-uploading everything again =) and as you can see I've put up a new layout. What do you think of it? It's a little different to my past layouts and some of the css isn't working properly. Will have to figure it out later. Also I'm not so mad at my old host anymore for deleting my website. Forgive and forget, right? Also I'm not sure about using cutenews because of all the spam. I may just update manually and hope you guys comment using the tag =)
Still consider this site in temporary hiatus. It may take about three more weeks to get it fully up and running as I have SO MUCH TO DOOOO!!! So much it kinda scares me and I end up spending most of the time panicking rather than doing anything =s
I hope you all had a great holiday =) I went to Tunisia with my family for a week and it was great fun. I'll try and get hold of some pictures for you all to see =D
And I thought I'd share some graphics I made. All three are based on an Indian TV show. I haven't uploaded them to the site yet of course but I feel odd when I add an update with no new art =P
